Warranty

1. Limited Warranty
COMVOLT warrants to the original consumer purchaser that COMVOLT products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period, as specified in the Warranty Period section below. This warranty is subject to the exclusions outlined in the Exclusions section.

This statement represents COMVOLT's complete and exclusive warranty obligation. We do not assume, nor authorize any person to assume on our behalf, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

2. Warranty Period

• Power Stations and Battery Products: 60 months (5 years)
• Accessories: 12 months (1 year)

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. A valid sales receipt or other reasonable documentary proof is required to verify the purchase date and establish the warranty period's start date.

3. Exchange
If a COMVOLT product fails due to a defect in workmanship or material during the applicable warranty period, COMVOLT will replace the defective product at no cost to the purchaser. The replacement product will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product.

4.Warranty Limited to Original Consumer Purchaser

This warranty is valid only for the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner.

5. Exclusions

The COMVOLT warranty does not cover the following:

• Products that have been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used in a manner inconsistent with COMVOLT's product guidelines.
• Repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized repair facility.
• Products purchased through online auction platforms.
• Battery cells unless the following conditions are met:
  • The battery cell must be fully charged within seven (7) days after purchase.
  • The battery cell must be charged at least once every six (6) months thereafter.
• Labor costs incurred for product installation, removal, or repairs.
