Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return package is handed over to the return shipper, please allow up to four weeks for the refund to be processed. In most cases, you will receive your refund sooner. The refund process timeline includes:

• Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return.
• Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return after receipt.
• Bank Processing Time: 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" section under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. You will receive a notification via email once we have processed your return and issued your refund.
