You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" section under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. You will receive a notification via email once we have processed your return and issued your refund.
