Return Policy
We want you to love your VELIT product. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

Returns must be approved by our team before shipping.
Return Process

Email service@comvoltenergy.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

You can return the item using your own carrier or purchase a prepaid return label from us (see below).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Comvolt error (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped).
You may choose one of the following options:

Use Your Own Carrier: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item using a trackable method.

Buy a Prepaid Return Label from Comvolt: For convenience, we offer prepaid return labels for 15% of the order total. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Comvolt is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments if you choose to ship on your own.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
As long as your return meets the eligibility requirements above, you’ll receive a full refund (minus the cost of a prepaid label if you choose to use one).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. If you used a Comvolt prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from the total refund.
Changes to Terms
Comvolt reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
